It has been a pleasure working with Jamie. She has been a savior to my business. She came in to an office where we dreaded coming to work and changed the culture completely. Her unbelievable outlook on life and desire to be happy and fulfilled is infectious. She changed the way we think and our daily expectations and created a happier environment where everyone feels they can reach their personal goals and be successful. I would recommend her to anyone, not just for business but to achieve personal happiness as well. She just makes you want to be a better person.

I consider myself a Type A person but in being one, lacked the discipline to say “no” vs. “yes” to most things in my life.  Then in came Jamie.  She listened to my varying needs and provided frameworks as to how I’d reach my next step (without feeling I needed to do it all to reach it). Further, she drew upon key situations she faced in her past to help relate to what I was experiencing! I completely felt heard.

As a result, within 60 days, I accepted my dream position at a new company from my first job application. She’s now my new life sherpa that I’ll always look to for guidance.

We had the pleasure of working with Jamie Braunstein this past year building the corporate portfolio for our small business and had a terrific experience.  Jamie thrives at taking the initiative on a project and is a creative marketer and out of the box thinker. We were very impressed with her drive, passion, and ability to juggle different projects at one time.  Jamie’s fresh ideas and warm, engaging personality made her fit right in with the rest of our team – we highly recommend working with her!

Jamie has an innate ability to hone in on what you want and then determine a clear strategy for achieving your goals. Her positivity is contagious and she is the ultimate motivator. It’s clear that she has found her passion professionally while balancing her home life and is eager to help others do the same. With a focus on mindfulness and mental health, Jamie helped me create a 3 month plan for exiting my current workplace and starting my own business. There were bi-weekly meetings with “homework” and milestones to hit so that we could track progress and I’m now actually starting my own shop. Next goal is to scale it from a one person show to something a bit broader and with Jamie’s guidance, I’m confident that we have paved a road to success!

We needed an objective assessment of our business model and recommendations for enhancing our processes. This required someone who could engage with our team and member companies and cleanly, clearly, succinctly and professionally present findings.  Jamie’s inquisitive, easy going, efficiency-driven and genuinely curious nature enabled her to dive right in, seamlessly bond with the team, learn the business and distill her findings into clear themes and proposed recommendations.  Her presentation of both quantitative and qualitative data made it easier for me to prioritize her proposed short, mid and long-term suggested opportunities to better allocate our resources and improve our processes.  I’m grateful Jamie and I had this opportunity to work together and learn from one another. 

Jamie has a super power of listening without judgment. She gives you exactly what you need to recalibrate and re-enrgize . I reached out to Jamie when I was feeling down and alone.  She created a safe environment where I could be honest and vulnerable. She really listened and shared life changing recommendations.  She knew exactly what to ask or say to help me accept the situation and determine a comfortable path forward.  I’m grateful that Jamie got me going on my get well journey.  As I’ve felt better, I’m back to my old self, helping family, friends and colleagues in all the ways they need me and more.  I feel refreshed and I can’t wait to see what comes next.  Thank you Jamie!
